Any concerns, damages, or discrepancies related to the truck booking service must be reported to our customer support team within 30 minutes of the completion of the service. Provide your booking reference number and detailed information about the issue when contacting customer support. 

Refunds and Compensation: 

Refunds and compensation for service-related issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Our team will investigate reported issues thoroughly, and if it is determined that the problem was within our control, appropriate refunds or compensation will be provided. 

Cancellation and Modification: 

Customers have the option to cancel or modify their truck booking within the specified cancellation period. Details regarding the cancellation period will be communicated during the booking process. Cancellation and modification requests after the specified period may be subject to fees, and refunds will be adjusted accordingly. 

No-Show or Incomplete Information: 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. No-shows or incomplete information that results in the inability to provide the service may be subject to cancellation fees, and refunds will be adjusted accordingly. 

Force Majeure: 

in cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.) that impact the ability to fulfill a booking, HYPERPORT reserves the right to cancel bookings without liability. In such cases, customers will be eligible for a refund according to the terms outlined in the cancellation and force majeure clauses.
