Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

Customers are eligible for a refund if they cancel a booking within the stipulated cancellation period, which will be clearly communicated during the booking process. Refunds are not applicable for cancellations made after the specified timeframe.

Cancellation Process:

Customers can initiate a cancellation through our online platform or by contacting our customer support team. The cancellation request must include the booking reference number and the reason for cancellation. Customers can cancel at same day.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Customers can expect to see the refund within two days.

No-Show or Incomplete Information:

In cases of no-show or incomplete information provided by the customer, the booking may be subject to a cancellation fee, and refunds may be adjusted accordingly. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate and complete information is provided during the booking process.

Service Disruptions and Force Majeure:

In the event of service disruptions or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.), HYPERPORT reserves the right to cancel bookings and refund affected customers. Refunds in such cases will be processed as per the terms outlined in the cancellation and force majeure clauses.

Refund for Unsatisfactory Service:

If customers are dissatisfied with the quality of service provided, they may contact our customer support team to discuss their concerns. Refunds for unsatisfactory service will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.

Refund for Service Failures:

In the rare event of service failures that are within our control, customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Customers must report service failures promptly to our customer support team for investigation. Changes to the Refund Policy: HYPERPORT reserves the right to update and modify this refund policy as needed. Any changes to the policy will be communicated through our platform and website.
